  After many years of being a consistently good client, when I wanted to get a new set, the owner/manager along with my nail technician insisted that tips would be so much better. I explained that I never had good experience with tips...that typically they required more care and visits and did not stay well on me. I very reluctantly agreed, but said they would need to stand behind their work. Needless to say, within 5 weeks I had to return for fill in 2 additional times (normally I get a fill-in every other week) and once I had to return to get an entire nail replaced because there was yellowing due to water under the nail starting fungus. I went in the night prior to my appointment to let the manager know I was very dissatisfied with their work and insistence on the tips. I said that I wanted a new set, the same as I used to get and that I would pay for a regular fill in. I felt they should stand behind their workmanship, especially when I had not wanted to do the tips in the first place. I said this is not negotiable, I was not going to get upset and argue, and, if they were not going to accept my terms, that I would simply find a new nail salon. The manager told me that it would take longer and I should come in at 11:45am. I arrive timely, only to find out that they had not intention of standing behind their work. After a few moments, I got up, and though I was thoroughly upset that they had now wasted even more of my time to come over there, when they had no intention of redoing their poor judgement and workmanship, I got up from the chair and said I would find a more reputable establishment. I do not recommend this establishment, they are unprofessional, they do not stand behind their products, workmanship, or their word. Find another place.!!
